• Sales and marketing of innovative products in the field of endoscopy • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, partners and healthcare professionals • Identify customer needs, prepare quotations and provide expert advice • Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify new opportunities • Organize and deliver on-site training and product support • Actively support product launches, trade shows and congresses • Meet sales targets and drive business growth • Represent the company at trade shows, congresses and professional training events
• Completed vocational training or a degree in a medical, technical or business field • Experience in selling medical products, ideally with clinical/hospital exposure • Structured, goal-oriented and independent working style • Strong communication skills, team spirit and enjoyment of customer contact • Fluent in German, very good written and spoken English • Technical understanding and IT affinity are advantageous • Willingness to travel
