• Support end-to-end sourcing processes across the LATAM region for Supply Chain categories, including transportation, warehousing, and trade compliance • Create value across approximately $150M in annual indirect spend in the region • Work independently and as part of a global and regional team • Build strong, strategic relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders • Support development of strategies that result in a sustainable competitive advantage • Identify, organize, and measure suppliers, spend, and value creation opportunities using Microsoft Excel and PowerBI • Achieve year-on-year value improvements across quality, service, innovation, and cost • Perform and support RF(x) events to drive competitive pressure and maximize value • Lead and support contract negotiations with suppliers and Legal • Provide stakeholders with a balanced view of contract risk and liabilities • Contribute to a multi-year pipeline of at least two years to support planning processes • Contribute to Supplier Stratification activities, including Supplier Relationship Management • Gather market intelligence and trends for relevant categories and sub-categories • Gather internal and external benchmarks to support sourcing efforts • Follow governance processes and Purchasing Controls systems to ensure compliance • Educate and train stakeholders on key indirect supply management initiatives and policies • Report into the LATAM Senior Manager, who reports to the Director of Strategic Sourcing
• Bachelor’s degree and five years of relevant experience in Logistics Sourcing, or an advanced degree with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in Sourcing • Prior experience in Supply Chain & Logistics or Logistics Sourcing • Fluency in Spanish and English • Strong negotiating skills and training • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills • Knowledge of working in FDA-regulated industries • Understanding of the underlying economics of Supply Chain • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP and TMS • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • Roles below the Principal level require unrestricted U.S. work authorization at hire and throughout employment
