📋 Description

‱ Manage the onboarding process for new clients, create project timelines, and organize key meetings ‱ Conduct regular check-ins with clients for updates and feedback ‱ Oversee deployment strategies tailored to clients' objectives ‱ Configure and deliver reports with actionable insights

🎯 Requirements

‱ 3 to 6 years of experience in key account management, ideally with large enterprises ‱ Excellent communication skills: fluent in French and English ‱ Strong understanding of technology, particularly in generative AI ‱ Passion for identifying upsell opportunities and securing renewals ‱ Ability to anticipate and address the unique challenges of large enterprises
