📋 Description

‱ Develop and nurture relationships with Key Account clients ‱ Identify upsell opportunities and increase the value of partnerships ‱ Grow the strategic accounts in your portfolio ‱ Respond to tenders and RFPs ‱ Create customized, differentiating commercial proposals ‱ Lead the sales process and negotiations through to contract signature

🎯 Requirements

‱ Minimum 6 years' B2B sales experience engaging HR Directors/HR decision-makers within large enterprise accounts ‱ Full mastery of long, complex sales cycles ‱ Experience in learning/training, HR, or high-value services is an advantage ‱ Strong analytical skills and a consultative sales approach ‱ Persuasiveness, persistence, and a results-oriented mindset ‱ Strong commitment, autonomy, and an entrepreneurial spirit
