Description

• Participate in the creation of enterprise-class mobile and web applications using proven design processes and best practices • Hands-on designer who will participate in the end-to-end software development process • Participate in early design strategy, discovery workshops, and feature definition • Create modern and intuitive software solutions that follow best practices • Work on an international team of experienced designers from different parts of the world • Follow established practices and processes of the design team • Identify and recommend areas for improvement

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working as a UX/UI designer within a digital product development environment • Solid understanding of research techniques and best practices • Strong knowledge and experience in building Information architecture, User flow diagrams, Personas, Lo-Fi/Hi-Fi wireframes, and interactive prototypes • Portfolio that demonstrates excellent analytical thinking and UX process • Demonstrated awareness and a high level of interest in the latest trends in the field • Proficiency in Figma, Whimsical, Mural, and other relevant design tools • Excellent verbal and written English skills • Excellent communication skills • Excellent organizational and documentation skills • Responsible and team-oriented person • Experience with the Design Thinking methodology is a significant advantage • Experience working in a Scrum environment is a significant advantage • Knowledge of guidelines and documentation for native iOS and Android applications is a significant advantage • Experience designing for Enterprise users is a significant advantage • In-depth understanding of WCAG 2.1 guidelines and accessibility compliance is a significant advantage • Experience with usability testing and validation is a significant advantage
