Description

• Responsible for day-to-day oversight of Company’s privacy program • Assess Company’s compliance with privacy laws and regulations nationwide • Collaborate with a cross-functional team on long term projects for compliance • Respond to customers’ requests for data access and deletion under various state laws • Evaluate, monitor and implement new regulatory requirements • Responsible for customer protection including training, complaint handling, financial reporting, GRC, product and marketing reviews • Identify internal areas of emerging risk and track regulatory updates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Privacy Law or a closely related field • Two (2) years of experience as a Regulatory and Consumer Protection Analyst or similar role • Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager or Certified Information Privacy Professional • Two (2) years of experience in drafting and implementing privacy policies • Two (2) years of experience in drafting and launching privacy training • Detailed knowledge of state and federal privacy laws and regulations • Experience with admin tools such as ZenDesk, GSuite, Jira, Confluence, Slack, Looker • Familiarity with financial regulations such as GLBA, Reg E, Escheatment • Ability to investigate and respond to potential data breaches • Experience in tracking lifecycle from identification to resolution • Knowledge of privacy matters at state and federal levels

• Remote work permitted within the U.S. • Competitive salary in the range of $125,715.00 - $135,600.00 • Benefits based on location zones: Zone 1, Zone 2, Zone 3 with various salary ranges
