📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality, professional customer support to Croatian and Slovenian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat channels in a BPO environment • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests with empathy, efficiency, and a solution-focused approach • Accurately log all customer interactions and case details into CRM and ticketing systems • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams or supervisors • Maintain in-depth knowledge of client products, services, and policies • Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs, including response times, customer satisfaction scores, and quality assurance benchmarks • Collaborate with team leaders and colleagues across the BPO operation • Participate in ongoing training sessions, product updates, and performance coaching sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent Croatian (spoken and written) is essential for this role • Must speaking Croatian and Slovenian at a professional or native level — bilingual proficiency in both languages is a strict requirement for this position • Valid EU passport (mandatory) • Previous experience in customer service, contact centre operations, or the BPO/outsourcing industry is highly advantageous • Strong communication skills and the ability to handle a diverse range of customer interactions with professionalism and composure • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable, quiet home working environment to fulfil the requirements of this remote position in Bulgaria • Proficiency in standard computer applications and the ability to navigate CRM platforms with ease
