• Handle customer inquiries and support requests via email and WhatsApp — reliably and with a personal touch • Troubleshoot issues in our software and guide customers to solutions • Document recurring issues and help expand our internal knowledge base • Join screen-sharing sessions with customers when a problem requires hands-on attention • Coordinate with our development team to escalate and resolve bugs or product issues • Help new customers get started and feel comfortable using the product
• Native or fluent German — written and spoken (hard requirement) • 2+ years of experience in customer support, ideally in a SaaS, IT, or helpdesk environment • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software quickly — you don’t need a manual for every tool • Strong technical understanding and problem-solving skills — you find solutions, not just workarounds • Able to work autonomously and take full ownership of your tasks • Comfortable working under performance pressure • Fast learner with a disciplined approach to your work • Bonus: Hands-on IT experience of any kind — scripting, automation, self-hosted tools, Linux, web apps, server administration. If you can fix things yourself instead of just passing them on, that’s a big plus
