📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers interested in home-delivered frozen food solutions • Manage end-to-end sales inquiries, providing expert advice on premium Food & Beverage product ranges • Process orders accurately, ensuring seamless coordination for home deliveries to Dutch clientele • Maintain product knowledge to upsell and cross-sell effectively within the frozen food sector • Resolve customer queries regarding delivery timelines, product availability, and quality standards • Collaborate with logistics and sales teams to optimize the customer journey and maximize retention • Contribute to business growth by delivering a premium service experience at every touchpoint

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role • Valid EU passport or a valid Greek work permit • Previous experience in sales, customer support, or the Food & Beverage industry is highly preferred • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a passion for high-quality food products • Ability to work efficiently in a remote setting while maintaining high performance standards • Strong proficiency in digital tools and CRM software to manage customer accounts effectively
