📋 Description

• Source, identify, and engage candidates across Recruitment & Staffing roles using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks • Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess suitability, motivation, and cultural fit • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring clients throughout the recruitment lifecycle • Manage end-to-end placement processes, including job briefings, candidate submissions, interview coordination, offer management, and post-placement follow-up • Develop and maintain an active talent pipeline of English-speaking professionals • Collaborate with the Mercier Consultancy Group team on client briefs, market intelligence, and recruitment practices • Maintain accurate ATS records and comply with GDPR and data protection standards • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to portfolio growth

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent English language proficiency — both spoken and written — is essential • Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement) • Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or a closely related field within the Recruitment & Staffing industry is strongly preferred • Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously with organisation, professionalism, and attention to detail • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other modern sourcing tools is a distinct advantage
