• Act as the first point of contact for gamers in Hungary via live chat, email, and ticket systems • Assist players with account security, payment inquiries, and technical troubleshooting within the gaming ecosystem • Stay updated on esports titles, game updates, and community trends • Escalate complex technical issues to engineering or quality assurance teams • Maintain player satisfaction by upholding brand voice and service standards • Improve the support knowledge base by identifying recurring player pain points • Collaborate with internal teams on community engagement initiatives across the gaming landscape

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent Hungarian (spoken and written) is absolutely essential • Valid EU passport is mandatory for all applicants interested in jobs in Bulgaria • Genuine passion for gaming and understanding of the esports industry ecosystem • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a tech or gaming environment • Strong command of English for internal company communication and training purposes • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
