• Provide high-quality technical and account support to players via chat, email, and social media channels • Resolve complex in-game issues efficiently and empathetically to ensure an exceptional player experience • Stay updated on the latest Gaming & Esports titles to provide expert, community-focused assistance • Represent the brand voice when interacting with the Italian-speaking gaming community • Collaborate with internal departments to escalate critical bugs or security concerns identified by players • Maintain detailed documentation of player interactions within CRM systems • Contribute to the continuous improvement of support protocols within the Gaming & Esports ecosystem

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent Italian, spoken and written • Valid EU passport (mandatory) • Genuine passion for Gaming & Esports, with familiarity with industry trends and player culture • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic team environment • Previous customer support or community management experience highly preferred • Excellent English communication skills for collaboration with a diverse team
