📋 Description

• Provide world-class customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients regarding online retail orders, deliveries, and returns • Assist customers with navigation of the Zalando digital platform • Resolve retail-related inquiries while maintaining Zalando service standards • Collaborate with international teams to optimize retail workflows and customer satisfaction metrics • Manage order tracking, payment processing, and account inquiries through multiple communication channels • Maintain knowledge of current fashion retail trends to provide informed assistance • Contribute to a positive, high-performing service culture within the retail support department

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role • Valid EU passport (mandatory) • Strong proficiency in English for professional collaboration • A passion for fashion and the retail industry, with excellent communication skills • Resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric retail environment • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or e-commerce is highly preferred
