📋 Description

• Provides daily administrative support to both the marketing and sales teams • Support the marketing and sales teams in organising meeting and company events on and off site • Coordinate logistics for team meetings, including preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and distributing key information • Maintain an organized and efficient filing system for both physical and digital documents • This involves preparing, formatting, and proofreading various reports and correspondence • Reviews outgoing materials and correspondence for internal consistency and conformance with supervisor's procedures • Assist the VP of Marketing and Sales with expense reporting and travel • Assist with the onboarding of new hires for UK sales and marketing • Coordinates various personnel and administrative forms for the office and forwards them for processing • Performs other administrative tasks as needed to support the marketing and sales departments • Some national and international travel may be sporadically required

🎯 Requirements

• Education equivalent to a High School Diploma with five-years previous administrative experience • Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database and other applicable software programs • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate and maintain filing and office systems • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well, verbally and in writing, with others
