Description

• As part of the Product Management team, you will support the team’s initiatives globally with a focus on equity indices and products. This multifaceted role includes ownership of internal and external projects. Responsibilities include: - Identify and manage all facets and steps needed for the launch of new products and indices, including user acceptance testing. Liaise and work with internal teams for execution. - Perform data validation on index calculations and other derived data. - Analyze and validate incoming data sets. - Support content creation (collateral, white papers, blogs) for new and existing products.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree required. Master’s degree in a relevant field or progress towards a CFA Charter holder status a plus. • 1-5 years of relevant work experience in financial services industry. • Strong analytical and quantitative skills are essential, comfort with large financial datasets. • Excellent written and verbal communication skill. The position requires interacting with sophisticated clients. The ability to learn and ask questions is paramount. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a global team. Candidate can effectively influence others and gain their consensus when needed. • Demonstrated ability to handle steep learning curves; Candidate should be very comfortable dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty. • Programming skills (Python, SQL, others) • Knowledge of financial data packages and familiarity with vendors such as FactSet, Capital IQ, Bloomberg, Barra, Axioma, etc.
