• Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, Sales, or Business Law • Several years of direct leadership experience and at least 10 years of sales experience across different industries • Experience in the discount channel, with in-depth knowledge of Aldi and Lidl • Strong interpersonal skills and persuasive ability • Clear, fact-based communication and argumentation style • Structured and independent working style • Proficient in common MS Office applications, particularly Excel
