📋 Description

• Analyze and shape clinical workflows holistically, from patient administration and treatment and nursing documentation through to revenue-generating billing • Independently guide hospitals through implementation and change processes • Support customers as a confident and reliable point of contact • Translate complex clinical pathways into needs-based software configurations for our products • Develop practical training concepts and conduct workshops • Enable key users to make optimal use of the systems • Test new developments in live operations with pilot customers in advance • Provide on-site support during go-lives

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in a clinical environment, for example in inpatient nursing or clinical process management • In-depth understanding of the interaction between medicine, nursing, and administration • Strong process understanding of the entire patient journey in a hospital • Experience independently advising and taking responsibility for supporting customers in IT or organizational projects • Familiarity with clinical information systems, such as Meona, ClinicCentre, or comparable HIS/CIS solutions • Very good command of German and English • Enjoyment of direct customer support and varied projects • Willingness to travel occasionally for work (approximately 40%)
