• Generate revenue by selling and educating customers on Metagenics products • Contact HCP offices and grow accounts using Fullscript platform • Maintain low level accounts and position high potential accounts for outside sales transition • Meet or exceed daily, monthly and quarterly call quotas • Educate practitioners on platform functionality and merchandise opportunities • Develop relationships and increase sales volumes • Follow up on requests or questions from accounts • Maintain accurate records in CRM for sales and prospecting activities • Complete all training modules and demonstrate consistent progress in technical knowledge
• Bachelor's degree preferred in science related field • Minimum 2 years Inside Sales or Outside Sales experience • Degree in nutrition or related field is a plus • Excellent phone/digital usage skills • Ability to cold call • Obtain information from accounts • Ability to establish rapport via telephone or digital platforms • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint • Experience in using CRM software to maintain customer contact records • Skilled at performing research on the internet regarding accounts. • Exemplifies high levels of internal and external customer engagement • Demonstrates a positive, solution-oriented outlook when faced with obstacles • Maintain or exceeds daily call requirement • Ensuring all calls are documented in database/CRM
