Description

• Oversee engineering activities on projects, making technical decisions and mentoring team • Lead client presentations and discussions on technical strategy • Integrate and fine tune ML models and AI services into products • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time • Coach and mentor other technology team members • Help grow the Engineering team through hiring and code reviews • Identify growth opportunities and initiatives for engineering practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience with 1+ years in a lead role • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Full-stack development experience using modern Typescript frameworks (React, React Native, Nest) • Experience with building REST and GraphQL APIs and databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB) • Proficiency in ML models and AI services for products • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and embrace feedback for improvement
