• Collaborate with design and product teams to develop new products • Lead front or back end technical teams including architecture • Integrate pre-trained ML models and AI services into products • Implement ML frameworks and custom algorithms for smart products and data-driven features • Provide technical guidance and support on various technologies • Build prototypes and proof of concepts with design • Deliver complex features with limited details • Share technical knowledge with project teams • Offer support and guidance to team members facing technical challenges • Continually improve workflows for developers

Requirements

• 7+ years of Full Stack experience, agency setting bonus • Appreciation of design complexity • Ability to adapt to changing project priorities • Organized, self-motivated, and proactive • Effective communication with technical and non-technical audiences • Experience in full-stack applications using modern Typescript frameworks • Proficient in creating REST and GraphQL APIs • Experience with ML models and AI services • Implementing ML algorithms with common frameworks • Adaptable and quick to embrace changes • Motivated by feedback and opportunities for improvement
