Description

• Building a high-volume data collection and processing system to support usage-based billing functionality • Creating a data warehouse and data lake strategy, and laying the foundations for new product offerings based on machine learning and data exploration capabilities • Managing Kafka, S3, and Postgres-based data infrastructure that powers several of our critical product functionalities • Enabling users to solve billing challenges using critical product usage and revenue data • Working with design and product to scope and invent new customer features powered by data pipelines • Offering high visibility and impact for the development of the company

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience • Experience working in real-time systems like Kinesis, Kafka, Spark, and batch data pipelines in Redshift, Presto, and data lakes • Experience in scaling and optimizing schemas, performance tuning SQL and ETL pipelines in OLAP and Data Warehouse environments • Experience coding in Java, Python or Typescript • Champion for data privacy and integrity, and always act in the best interest of our customers
