📋 Description

• Develop and package technical training content into modular, scalable curricula that maintain high standards across all Tiko markets. • Move our learning assets into the future by integrating digital-forward tools, from mobile-based learning and WhatsApp-driven polls to LMS-style content. • Ensure global training frameworks are adaptable, making certain that "technical" doesn't mean "unreachable" for our diverse end users and partners. • Act as the global technical lead for over 10 country trainers, providing the mentorship and tools they need to deliver world-class sessions. • Influence and align country-level teams to ensure training is delivered with consistency and excellence. • Create a communal space for trainers across Africa to share best practices, solving collaborative problems and eliminating "siloed" thinking. • Implement rigorous evaluation frameworks to measure training effectiveness—moving beyond "attendance" to proving "readiness." • Provide the global leadership team with clear data on trainer performance and learner outcomes to drive continuous improvement. • Constantly experiment with how we train our "triple threat" health offers to optimise for retention and real-world application.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of dedicated experience in Training and Curriculum Design. • You must have a portfolio of materials you have created from scratch, not just delivered. • Deep experience within the NGO or Development sector is essential. • You understand the nuances of training in "the middle of nowhere" and how to reach learners with varying educational backgrounds. • Familiarity with digital learning platforms (LMS), mobile-based learning tools, or rapid authoring software (e.g., Articulate Rise). • Proven track record of supporting trainers or delivering programmes in low-resource settings. • Experience across multiple African markets is a significant plus. • A University degree in Education, Social Sciences, Human Resources, or a related field.

🏖️ Benefits

• Benefits and allowances tailored to your location. • Flexible work arrangements, including remote or hybrid options. • A personal development budget of €500 per year to invest in your professional growth. • Unlimited holiday days to use as you see fit - just coordinate with your team and take the time you need to recharge. • The opportunity to shape a growing, impactful product and leave your mark on how we work. • A culture built on trust - we believe you’ll do your best without the need for unnecessary rules or micromanagement.
