Description

• Provide direction and support to P&C operations team members • Identify and execute opportunities to streamline HR processes • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies • Develop P&C Operations SOPs and process documentation • Lead overhaul of onboarding processes • Establish and enforce quality assurance standards • Serve as a point of contact for P&C Business Partners • Collaborate with P&C Data Analyst • Champion and engage in diverse projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience • Strong experience in P&C Operations or similar P&C focused role • Solid experience leading a team with demonstrated ability to prioritize and motivate • Deep understanding and knowledge of global P&C concepts, policies, best practices, and regulations • Extensive experience with HRIS platforms • Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy • Proficiency in time and project management • Strong interpersonal skills • Experience working with sensitive and confidential data sources • HR and/or Project Management certifications are a plus
