Description

• Develop the strategic approach and design of talent processes and capabilities to identify, develop, and retain top talent across the organization • Build strong, strategic partnerships with HR Business Partners, P&C Leadership Team, and cross functional stakeholders • Lead a team of talent development professionals to cultivate learning and development programming • Provide coaching and guidance to business leaders on talent management • Leverage talent-related technologies to analyze talent metrics • Stay current on trends and emerging practices in Talent Management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience • Strong experience creating and implementing talent management and/or learning and development strategies • Solid experience leading and developing high performing teams • Strong background with program or project management experience; strong level of ownership and attention to detail • Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive clarity, set an agenda and effectively manage change in a fast-paced, global environment • Excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills; strong executive presence • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
