📋 Description

• Strategic opportunity identification: Identify and prioritize accounts aligned with Minders' ICP, with the autonomy to test approaches, suggest adjustments, and refine qualification criteria. • Multichannel outbound prospecting: Plan, execute, and optimize prospecting campaigns via LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and cold calls, continuously proposing improvements to messaging, cadences, segmentation, and channels. • Lead qualification and discovery: Conduct inbound and outbound discovery calls, assessing fit, context, and business potential based on qualification methodologies. • Initial product demonstrations: Deliver initial demos of the Amplitude and Braze platforms, focusing on presenting value, use cases, and impact on the client's business. • Commercial collaboration and thought leadership: Partner with Sales and Account Executives to ensure a structured handover of opportunities and actively engage on LinkedIn by creating and sharing content aligned with Minders' value proposition.

🎯 Requirements

• Student or graduate in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or related fields. • 2+ years of proven experience as a BDR or SDR with outbound prospecting in B2B markets. • Practical knowledge of qualification methodologies (CHAMP, MEDDPIC or similar). • Practical experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools. • Practical experience with prospecting tools (Apollo, Genesys, Reply.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
