Description
• Ensuring smooth, transparent, and effective Customer Success processes and customer support activities in Poland. • Executing and improving the client onboarding process, ensuring that the customer has full knowledge about Mindgram’s product and activities • Developing and maintaining strong and professional relationships with the client’s stakeholders • Actively and regularly gathering evaluating and analyzing customer feedback, needs, and metrics • Managing special projects and events dedicated to the specific client • Ensuring smooth and professional management of any clients' complaints or issues
Requirements
• At least 2+ years of experience in B2B client services/account management, ideally in a SaaS/HR environment • Polish C2, English at least B2 • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze customer feedback and metrics • Great organizational and time management skills • Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Sales and negotiations skills • Experience using CRM systems
