📋 Description
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customer applications • Lead product evaluations, qualification programs, and commercialization efforts • Collaborate with customers, R&D, and commercial teams to develop application solutions • Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic accounts • Build strong relationships with technical and commercial decision-makers • Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to support business growth
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Polymer Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in coatings, printing inks, polymers, or related specialty materials • Experience supporting customer applications and qualifying new products • Demonstrated success in business development, account growth, or technical sales • Strong understanding of polymer chemistry, coating technologies, ink formulations, resins, and additives • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills • Ability to travel to customer sites as needed
