📋 Description

• Ensure the stability of the IT infrastructure. • Participate in executing tests of IT contingency plans. • Support internal teams with infrastructure-related questions and tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Administer the client's technology environments. • Administer and maintain hardware subsystems. • Handle ITSM Change Management tickets. • Assist project teams with IT project implementations. • Provide guidance to infrastructure teams of contracted providers. • Create infrastructure-related documentation.
