📋 Description

• Analyze and ensure the consistency of GOL's job descriptions; • Prepare and analyze job and salary studies using information obtained from the business areas; • Analyze and ensure the data required to update the salary table through market surveys; • Prepare and analyze studies on changes and the creation of company structures based on inputs from the business areas and by supporting the BP team; • Contribute to and analyze the company's salary budgeting through analysis of job and salary structures and information from payroll and internal HR consulting; • Conduct compensation benchmarking, analyzing company practices versus the market to support external competitiveness and GOL's compensation policies; • Support the preparation of job evaluations, ensuring internal consistency across areas.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field; • Advanced Microsoft Office; • Hay, Mercer or Towers methodologies; • Strong communication skills and experience with corporate presentations; • Experience with calculations of: PPR, ICP, ILP and provisions (accruals); • Ability to manage multiple tasks and high-volume demand; • Knowledge of the TOTVS RM system; • Desired: English and Spanish at an intermediate level.
