Description
• Accountable for meeting defined goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). • Monitoring VIP client activity. • Collaborating with various departments to enhance the VIP segment. • Demonstrating composure and positivity during high-pressure situations. • Upholding confidentiality and maintaining a professional demeanor consistently. • Participating in strategy and brainstorming sessions with Senior Management to boost sales among both new and existing VIP clients.
Requirements
• at least three years of experience in the gaming industry • over two years of managerial experience • strong analytical skills, capable of analyzing the market and competitors to devise innovative solutions • a data-driven and user-centric approach is essential • proficiency in working with Jira/Confluence • upper intermediate level of English proficiency (B2) • willingness to travel to Cyprus for business trips or relocate to Cyprus if it's possible
