• Provide essential support to key leaders within our corporate group, primarily assisting the Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Information & Digital Officer, and Chief Marketing Officer. • Manage calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, handling expense submissions and tracking, and managing daily business tasks. • Collaborate on various projects and initiatives. • Organize meetings of all sizes and prepare the necessary materials for these sessions. • Offer backup support to other executive administrative staff and teams as needed.
• 5+ years of executive assistant experience • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Strong communication skills both written and verbal • Advanced knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint • Experience with building management and vendors to ensure the office environment is safe, functional, and well-maintained. • Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
