📋 Description

• You independently manage the fresh food and service counters in your HIT store • You ensure product availability and that the figures in your area of responsibility are accurate • Together with your team, you arrange and present products attractively • You advise and serve customers individually, personally, professionally and warmly • You are responsible for the service counters and ensure the optimal performance of the related refrigerated shelves and chests in the self-service area • Your careful staff planning and your ability to motivate, develop and inspire employees demonstrate your suitability for this role

🎯 Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship as a specialist sales assistant in the fresh-food sector or as a trained butcher • Ideally a master butcher qualification or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier • Preferably initial supervisory experience in service counter operations • Excellent knowledge of sausage, meat, cheese and fish products • A sociable, responsible team-player personality who is committed to the commercial success of their area as well as to the satisfaction of customers and colleagues
