• Improve existing process documentation using MS Visio • Brainstorm ideas to drive process compliance • Identify areas of opportunity in current processes and documentation • Build well-documented processes • Participate in meaningful work with the Global Customer Success Operations team

Requirements

• Strong academic credentials • Strong communication skills • Detail oriented • All majors welcome especially Educations, Arts, Interest in STEM • Ability to take initiative and work collaboratively within and across teams • Analytical and communication skills • Strong experience in MS Suite of products
