⢠Design, develop, and update training materials, including presentations, user guides, job aids, and e-learning modules ⢠Conduct engaging and effective virtual and in-person training sessions for clients and internal teams ⢠Assess training needs and tailor content and delivery methods to diverse audiences ⢠Provide ongoing support and consultation to trainees ⢠Collaborate with product development, implementation, and support teams ⢠Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments ⢠Maintain expert-level knowledge of Modernizing Medicine's RCM software and industry best practices ⢠Assist in the creation and maintenance of a knowledge base and FAQs ⢠Travel as required to client sites for on-site training and support
⢠Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Education, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience ⢠3+ years of experience in RCM training, implementation, or a related healthcare IT role ⢠Proven expertise in Revenue Cycle Management processes ⢠Strong understanding of medical billing and coding (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS) ⢠Demonstrated ability to design and deliver engaging and effective training programs ⢠Excellent written and verbal communication skills ⢠Proficiency in creating professional training documentation and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite ⢠Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools is a plus ⢠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ⢠Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment ⢠Certification in professional training or adult education is desirable
