• Provide Customer Support via inbound web messages in Turkish and English • 40-hour per week commitment for a 4-week orientation and nesting period • Working with 3-5 customers at the same time • Need to create a unique experience for each individual customer • Install MSQ security software and 2FA app on mobile device • Access to webcam or smartphone for pictures • Stable broadband internet connection of 25 MBS or greater • Professional proficiency in Turkish and English
• Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above • 8 GB RAM or better • Dual monitors highly recommended
