📋 Description

• You monitor our vehicles and service area from our control center to ensure high vehicle availability. • You staff the driver hotline, handle employees' inquiries, and forward issues to the appropriate contacts. • You are the first point of contact for drivers' questions regarding the digital product, vehicles, and charging infrastructure. • You support exciting small projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally, you have initial experience in customer support, a call center, telephone-based service, or similar areas. • You enjoy talking on the phone and handling email correspondence. • You stay calm even in hectic situations. • You have strong communication skills and enjoy competent, varied problem-solving. • You are characterized by a precise and thorough working style. • You prefer learning by doing as the most comfortable form of onboarding. • You are comfortable using a PC. • You have good German language skills, both spoken and written. • You are willing to work shifts: Monday–Sunday, early, late and night shifts, as well as on public holidays.
