📋 Description

• Conclude commercially successful contracts and support contract drafting • Negotiate commercial and legal contract terms and conditions with customers and suppliers • Commercial project management (costing, preparing offers, budget control, billing) • Order review and processing of service contracts through to invoice generation • Recording and maintenance of master data • Review and maintenance of concluded service contracts and monitoring their profitability • Advise and support customers on contractual and financial issues • Support year-end closing activities in accordance with guidelines • Prepare total cost calculations and business cases over the contract term • Assess financial aspects of asset takeovers and experience with asset financing (leasing)

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training, a degree in business administration (BWL), or an equivalent qualification • At least 5 years of professional experience in the described field • Strong analytical thinking and a high affinity for numbers • Excellent German language skills • Independent and responsible working style with strong organizational skills • Very good knowledge of the relevant modules of SAP S/4HANA • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and SharePoint
