Description

• You could be working on a variety of interesting challenges such as designing for connected cabin experiences, brain surgery complexities, customer experiences for telecoms, financial modeling, pandemic misinformation, human trafficking, NLP for disease cures, cyber security, sustainable solutions for climate change, investment strategies platforms, and more. • You will have the opportunity to shape future products, drive key business decisions, and create better product experiences globally. • No year is the same; every project is unique in workflow and deliverables, ranging from innovation sprints to design thinking exercises. • Your role will involve designing digital products and services, creating modular wireframes and mockups, utilizing various design tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and transformative experiences. • Additional responsibilities include conducting user research, creating user mental models, personas, user flow diagrams, journey maps, and other information architecture deliverables.

Requirements

• Over 4 years of applicable design experience • Strong visual and interaction design skills • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Principle • Ability to collaborate using tools like Mural, Invision, Zeplin.io • Experience in data visualization and AI • Knowledge of frontend technologies and motion design • Willingness to learn and adapt to new methodologies and tools • Excellent written and spoken English skills • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and with customers • Willingness to travel to customer or work-related locations (less than 20%) • Strong critical thinking skills • Passion for creating usable experiences and pushing boundaries in design • Interest in learning about new industries and technologies
