📋 Description

• Develop rolling 3 Month forecasts using statistical models and FAP inputs for 150+ SKUs at SKU-Depot level for the Branch Traditional Trade Channel • Coordinate, challenge, and influence building-block inputs from sales, marketing, and other partners • Review the disaggregated short-term demand plan, including SKU/location mix and weekly pacing • Provide finalized detailed demand plans by SKU to supply planners and adjust them based on feedback • Contribute to the demand management cycle of the integrated business planning (IBP) process and strategy discussions • Liaise with commercial and operational teams to improve cross-functional communication and support business KPIs • Liaise with Supply Planning to maximize warehouse availability and own supply and deployment planning for child warehouses • Interact with the modelling team to generate statistical forecasts • Participate in the IBP process and manage the demand planning tool • Perform root-cause analysis for service issues, forecast error, and bias, and share findings with leadership • Anchor the Make-to-order process for select customers and arrange supply according to requirements • Own and run the market-level S&OE process with commercial and supply chain stakeholders • Collaborate with Sales and the Central Demand Team to incorporate NPIs and seasonal trends into baseline forecasts • Lead weekly S&OE meetings for opportunity and risk identification • Monitor primary sales, secondary sales, and norms to prevent overstocking or understocking at depots/RDs • Ensure SKU supply availability across warehouses through inter-depot movements • Coordinate with Supply to optimize days of cover and improve fill rate • Monitor and control inventory ageing through focused interventions • Drive cross-functional communication among sales, demand planning, and product supply teams

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and logical reasoning skills • Ability to understand and interpret data • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office applications, Power BI, and other data analytical tools • High-level SAP competence • Experience in demand and supply planning in an FMCG/CPG company • Ability to work as a team player across multiple functions and manage multiple stakeholders • Effective written and oral communication • Self-motivated and willing to take on challenges • Ability to handle high-stakes conversations independently • Eye for detail without losing focus on the big picture
