📋 Description

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the South East Asia to expand Moneythor’s customer base. • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outbound prospecting, networking, and leveraging marketing initiatives. • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, clearly articulating the value of Moneythor’s solutions. • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. • Develop and leverage a strong network of industry contacts and strategic partnerships to generate leads and create new business opportunities. • Gain a deep understanding of the Moneythor solution and effectively tailor its pitch and benefits into value propositions to the specific needs of potential customers. • Represent Moneythor at industry events, conferences, and webinars, delivering presentations and engaging with prospects to build brand awareness and generate leads. • Work closely with internal teams, including pre-sales, marketing, and product, to ensure a cohesive approach to new business development and to tailor solutions to meet prospect needs. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the company’s CRM system (Salesforce). • Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to internal stakeholders. • Have a deep understanding of the South East Asia market, including cultural nuances and business practices, to effectively engage with prospects and tailor sales strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of B2B enterprise software sales experience, ideally within financial services or fintech. • Proven ability to manage and close mid-to-large size deals involving multiple stakeholders. • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. • Proficiency in using CRM systems (preferably Salesforce). • Self-starter, highly organized, and able to work independently while collaborating with remote teams. • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
