Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field • 8+ years of experience in SuccessFactors product management • Deep understanding of HR business processes and systems • Expertise in the SuccessFactors Employee Central module and 'hire to retire' process • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management best practices
