📋 Description

• Join a new Technology Squad dedicated to improving processes and productivity across the bank’s internal departments • Lead discovery sessions with business areas to understand problems, needs, and improvement opportunities • Conduct interviews, workshops, and information-gathering sessions with stakeholders from different departments • Map and analyze current (AS IS) processes, identifying bottlenecks, rework, manual activities, risks, and optimization opportunities • Design future-state (TO BE) processes, proposing simplification, standardization, automation, and productivity improvements • Model processes using BPMN or other process-mapping techniques • Identify opportunities to apply technology to improve or automate processes • Translate business needs into functional requirements and business rules for the development team • Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and other artifacts required to guide development • Work closely with developers, the Product Manager/Product Owner, and other squad members throughout the development lifecycle • Clarify business questions during development and support the team in decision-making • Participate in backlog refinement, planning, demos, and other squad agile ceremonies • Support the definition and execution of tests and the acceptance of solutions with business areas • Monitor solution implementation and assess the results achieved • Define and monitor efficiency and productivity metrics for transformed processes • Identify continuous improvement opportunities after solution implementation • Support the documentation of processes and developed solutions, contributing to knowledge sharing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field • Certifications in BPM, Lean, Agile, Business Analysis, or similar areas are a plus • Professional experience in Information Technology, working as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Process Analyst in IT, or in a related role • Proven experience gathering and analyzing requirements • Experience mapping, analyzing, and redesigning processes • Knowledge of BPMN and process-modeling tools • Experience working closely with software development teams • Ability to transform business needs into clear, actionable technology requirements • Experience with agile methodologies and practices • Knowledge of developing user stories and acceptance criteria • Strong communication and meeting and workshop facilitation skills • Ability to work with different stakeholders and translate complex topics between business and technology • Experience in BPM / Business Process Management is a plus • Knowledge of Lean, Lean Office, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus • Experience with process automation and/or RPA is a plus • Knowledge of Power BI, advanced Excel, SQL, or data analysis tools is a plus • Experience with Figma, Bizagi, Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or similar tools is a plus • Experience in digital transformation projects is a plus • Experience in the financial sector or with banking processes is a plus • Knowledge of system integrations and APIs is a plus • Experience with internal productivity-focused products or solutions is a plus
