📋 Description

• Monitor inventory levels and expiry dates to maintain a healthy, compliant stock position • Support demand forecasting by analysing historical sales, patient trends, and market dynamics • Raise Purchase Orders and work with suppliers, manufacturers, and import partners to guarantee timely deliveries and prevent stockouts • Track product costs and collaborate with Finance on accurate invoicing and supplier payments • Manage movement of raw materials to manufacturing sites and coordinate onward shipments to the UK • Liaise daily with import partners to secure just-in-time delivery of medicines to the pharmacy • Work with the warehouse team to ensure efficient distribution • Ensure supply-chain activities meet GMP, licensing, and traceability requirements • Review and file Certificates of Analysis and generate Letters of Clinical Need for import • Maintain audit-ready documentation for regulatory inspections • Collaborate with Marketing to produce compliant product labels and materials • Analyse sales and inventory data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities • Support process improvements that strengthen efficiency and reliability

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations • Experience in regulated industries such as Medical Cannabis or Pharma is a strong plus • Excellent organisation and attention to detail • Experience with ERP or supply chain management systems • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • Knowledge of GMP and GDP requirements • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage your own workload • Must be authorised to work in South Africa
