Description

• Collaborating with product designers and product teams to prepare, plan and execute research initiatives spanning both generative and evaluative research methods. • Planning and running usability testing sessions as well as mentoring product designers to carry out usability testing of their own. • Owning and documenting research findings, and sharing insights with teams, Moodle HQ and the community in a creative and engaging way • Assist with continuing to establish UX research best practices and creating a customer focussed mindset.

Requirements

• Curiosity and passion for uncovering user goals and unspoken needs • Experience in mixed method research • Experience in planning and executing research studies across multiple teams • Experience working on large scale software projects • Strong ability to analyze and synthesize data to drive product decisions • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse product teams • Experience working with teams at varying levels of UX research maturity • Experience communicating with and leveraging a passionate community • Ability to share insights to various stakeholder groups, and to adapt your communication to the audience • Experience in the fields of psychology and/or education • Experience with UX research software tools
