Description

• Assist new users with onboarding and meeting their goals • Provide support to users—answering questions and handling requests • Assist with updating billing and invoicing • Write user communications, announcements, and newsletters • Provide support to state registration requests, troubleshooting, and maintaining SLAs • Identify and implement improvements to registration and filing systems and processes • Identify and implement improvements to compliance requirements monitoring, updates, and coverage • Support product feature launches and rollout to customers • Leadership experience a plus

Requirements

• 2-4 years experience working in operations or related function • Experience working at an early-stage startup or eagerness to learn • Previous experience working directly with customers • Strong connection with the mission of the company
