• Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in business development or sales, ideally within the gaming industry. • Strong background in marketing and communications, preferably with agency experience. • Deep understanding of the gaming sector and current market trends. • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships. • Self-motivated with a proactive, independent working style. • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus). • Willingness to travel to international gaming events.
