📋 Description

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the gaming industry (primary focus) and related sectors (secondary). • Develop innovative product- and brand-focused marketing strategies based on customer needs and project requirements, in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners. • Conduct market and competitor analyses within the gaming sector. • Independently establish and maintain a monitoring and scoring system for new releases across desktop, console and mobile platforms to form the foundation of your sales pipeline. • Contribute to the development and promotion of new marketing services for gaming clients. • Represent the company at gaming trade shows and industry events.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in business development or sales, ideally within the gaming industry. • Strong background in marketing and communications, preferably with agency experience. • Deep understanding of the gaming sector and current market trends. • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships. • Self-motivated with a proactive, independent working style. • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus). • Willingness to travel to international gaming events.
