📋 Description

• Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities to build a high-quality sales pipeline • Leverage three lead sources: Partnerships, Marketing, Self-generated outbound (core focus) • Manage and nurture ~25 opportunities annually, including ~6 self-generated leads • Own the full sales cycle from value identification to negotiation and contract closure • Ensure every opportunity has a touchpoint every 30 days • Progress opportunities to the next stage within 45–90 days • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, including opportunity value and closing plans • Collaborate across Sales and internal teams to drive collective success • Clearly communicate value propositions to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders • Act as a strong representative of Enfuce in the market

🎯 Requirements

• Strong discovery and questioning skills to engage senior decision-makers • Ability to maintain momentum in complex sales conversations • Deep understanding of the card payments industry and CaaS solutions • Experience managing multiple opportunities and guiding them to successful outcomes • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Excellent presentation skills (C-level and technical audiences) • A value-driven, problem-solving mindset
