• You drive zepta's expansion by shaping our sales from the outset and acquiring new customers. • You are the first point of contact for prospective customers, build relationships, generate excitement about our product, and actively close new B2B partnerships. • You plan, lead, and oversee technical customer implementations – hands-on, clear, and structured. • You regularly conduct onboarding sessions across Germany on-site at customer locations. • You motivate customers to participate actively and ensure they make progress and reach their goals. • You recognize blockers early and address escalations proactively, solution-oriented, and confidently. • You develop long-term customer relationships, support them continuously, and grow together with them.
• You work with a high degree of autonomy and do not require micromanagement. • Excellent communication across all stakeholder levels, including colleagues, senior management, board members, external partners, and technicians. • You are willing to travel, flexible, and capable of planning your own trips. • You have experience in sales, business development, onboarding, and technical implementations – ideally in a B2B SaaS or IoT context. • You can structure complex technical content clearly and make it actionable for others. • You speak fluent German and have conversational/working proficiency in English. • You are based in Germany.
