Description

• Support the Motimatic Sales, Finance and Marketing teams by creating complex Data analysis to reports, help with sales and finance forecasting as well as being an administrator of its technology (currently Salesforce, SalesLoft, MS Excel, and ZoomInfo). • Utilize sales data to make informed, strategic decisions. • Quantitative analysis and modeling to identify trends and opportunities. • Assist with ad-hoc projects and initiatives. • Manage tech-stack for Sales, Marketing and Finance. • Provide assistance, guidance and training for improving GTM-strategy. • Reporting, Analysis and Insights responsibilities.

Requirements

• BA, BS, and/or MBA at one of the top tier schools • 1-2 years of experience at an investment bank or venture capital firm in a highly analytical position and/or working at a growth tech start up in a strategy role • MS Excel proficiency • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced technology start-up • Excellent project management and team collaboration skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills • A passion for the company's mission and desire for career growth • Preferred: Experience with multiple sales technology tools, SalesLoft and ZoomInfo preferred • Preferred: Experience with transitioning between sales technology providers
