Requirements

• 15+ years experience in account services/marketing • 10+ years in a management role • Deep social media expertise • Ability to develop marketing strategies in social media and brand marketing • Experience in building and motivating a high-performing team • Client growth and retention track record • Communication skill, polish, and presence • Partner to top-level client executives • Flexibility and creativity for problem-solving • New business or revenue generation experience • Desire to excel in an entrepreneurial, collaborative environment • Exceptional organizational skills • Ability to spread joy ✨
